LA FARGE PERRY HOUSE - B&B RATES Each of our 5 Guestrooms are individually and uniquely designed and decorated. Rates are subject to change. Some minimum night restrictions may apply. Rates are per room, per night and subject to 7% Rhode Island State Tax and a 6% Occupancy Tax. All accommodations include parking and complimentary Chef cooked-to-order breakfast along with afternoon refreshments and our Signature Golden Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies. Prices listed below are for two adults. All reservations are subject to a 50% deposit in order to guarantee your stay (100% for one night stays). Deposits are refunded when cancelled 7 days or more in advance of arrival.
