Ingredients
4 cups Flour
2 tbs. Baking powder
1stick soft butter
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup Buttermilk, milk or cream
1 Beaten egg
1 tbs. vanilla extract
1 pint of blueberries
Topping:
1 beaten egg with ¼ tsp. cream, sprinkle top with raw sugar.

Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. By hand, work the butter into small bits with the dry ingredients. Add blueberries-mix with dough and gradually add egg, vanilla and finally buttermilk. This will leave a sticky dough. Grease 2 muffin tins (holding 12 muffins each). Brush
Bake at 375 degrees and drop temperature to 325 degrees after 5 minutes-cook until browned and puffed.
